Who are we
Mr. Thong Souvanna is a Lao with French citizenship who spent more than 25 years in France. He graduated with a telecommunication degree from France and was one the founders of OST Telecom Company in France. In 1994, Mr. Thong decided to come back to Laos and, seeing the growth of tourism in Laos, decided to set up a Guest-house business " the Villa Sisavad". Apart from the guesthouse, Mr. Thong was also actively involved in community work through the Dokchampa Association which deals with social welfare and public health issues.
